Reception staff need to be more humble and should learn how to talk to guests. Overall stay was good. Big and clean rooms. Food is good.

Room was neat and clean. Location was near tourist places. Staff was very helpful and active. We stayed for two days and it was an nice experience over all. We enjoyed our trip and stay in Hotel Sky Heaven McLeodganj.

The hotel is decent with good connectivity as Bhagsu Taxi stand is nearby. However it has no lift facility so if one is booking the top floor rooms then it might be tiresome. The food is awesome and good service by the staff.

Room service is very good, excellent food both vegetarian and non vegetarian, view from the balcony of front rooms is outstanding. Bathrooms are very good but no shampoo and hand wash is provided. And last but not the least card is not acceptable during payment.

I had been with my family here and the hotel is decent enough but price is bit on an higher side.

Hot water is not available at all times. It only comes in morning. Elevator is not there. We didn't got breakfast even at 8:30 am in the morning. Hotel staff turn off the phones after 10:30 pm. So, you can't contact them after that.

Room was good & modern interior. Food was not up to mark... Hotel is located near bhagsunag temple. View from hotel is nice. We booked super deluxe room with bathtub. But bathtub was just for name sake.

There was no lift in the hotel and there was no one in the early morning, when we were doing check-out. No lights were there. Reception area. Plugs were not working. Charged too much for heater. Food quality was worst. Employees were not professional.
No lift in the hotel. Can't imagine to have a hotel of 4 floors with no lift.

Room service was somewhat slow. The place where the hotel was built was not having a good walking area. The roads were slippery. Overall the experience was fine but not the best.

The experience was fine but not the best location was good. The market is near. The bhagsunag temple and bhagsunag fall is near. Everything is approachable.
Some plug points in the room were not working. Repair them.

Dikhaya kuch diya kuch. Not at all satisfied.. One person is the staff, Room service. Kitchen and all types.. Not all valuable.. And the road to hotel is so deep slope.. Difficult to take the car.

Worst experience of my life stay at this hotel. People do not know how to talk to customer. Will suggest not stay at this hotel. Earlier they denied to provide the room to my driver for which room was book, then after involving make my trip representative, they agreed to provide the room but was not up to the standard as shown while booking. Completely different. Many best other properties are also there, kindly look for same . Thanks
