Narrow entrance. No car parking reception at the second floor. No trained receptionist. Not hospitable. No standby power. Fittings in the rest rooms are bad

Frequent power up/down, only lodging, no food nearby, lots of mosquito, ac don't work once power goes, no power for long time

Morning, the hotel shutter were closed. No ready to help to open the shutter. The room was pretty average. Bathroom was not so clean. For the room rent, definitely the service was very bad. So disappointed.

I have formally lodge complaint with reference to this booking as it was completely misleading and false information listed in application. I have recorded video of our assigned bedroom which was so unbearably pathetic condition & didn't wanted to make scene as was on holy trip with my aged mum and preschool kid. I need the mm t to investigate the property and contact me for quoting 4k exorbitant price with absolutely no convenience.
