Very poor quality rooms Very poor quality food Very poor service

I booked a room in resort for 15th Feb 2025. During the day drive I got stucked in traffic jam, so I called resort staff in evening to inform them that my check in will be late. Surprisingly they were not aware about my booking and what was even more shocking is that they have given room reserved for us to another guest. To compensate for this they arranged a room for us in another proper which was under construction.

The surroundings are beautiful. The staff is well-behaved. However, there was a slight lack of maintenance. If this continues, there might be issues with the rooms, especially the washroom. A persistent bad odor was already present. The management should pay attention to this.

All is good, but the manager was insisting to pay for an extra bed charge but the booking was already made for three packs. This was not fine, and highly objectionable. The only attraction is the swimming pool, the aesthetic is good,
