Was great, was given extra bed and water bottle when needed, but that place reeked of cigarette smell and there was a bar nearby, being a female myself it was kinda uncomfortable There was no sanitaries was given

familyWe primarily selected this hotel as a transit stay overnight due to its location. The room was spacious, with 3 beds as we needed, and clean.

Good Stay
It was a good hotel. Water is getting over then and there. Parking is a challenge. 3 cars can be parked however if one needs to be removed, others should take their cars out.

Good Stay
Decent place to stay. I booked it because it was close to nice grounds. It has a convenient location, close to an atm, food stall, pharmacy, sweets shop, and a bar and restaurant. 4 stars out of 5.

Receptionists are not aware of booking, they are hold-ed me 15 mins and then assign me room after discussion with its senior on call. During the stay only hot water is available for 3 hrs in morning. Apart from towel they are not even given dental kit. Also during check out they are asking for more money.

with sufficient enquiry with the staff and checking the cctv footage, hot water was available through out the day maybe if the day was cloudy the temperature of the water might not have been upto the mark, dental kit isn't mentioned in the sanitaries we provide, since you checked out early morning the inexperienced staff wasn't aware of your advance payment but rather than your complaint of asking money he has enquired if you had made all payments, since the boys aren't well versed in Hindi he has spoken to you in broken English which you might have misunderstood. sorry for any other inconvenience, please do visit us again, thank you.
Excellent Stay
It was a great stay. Everything was provided and there was no disturbance. The room and the bathroom was very clean. Enjoyed our stay

sorry for the inconvenience caused soaps and towels are always given during the stay, maybe due to busy hours they might have missed it but it will be provided on demand and with no hesitation at the front desk, room prices are fairly competitive and priced affordably compared to other hotels in the area sir but thank you for staying with us, please do visit us again we hope to provide you a better service next time.
