Notably, the rooms lack basic essentials like a cupboard, which can be inconvenient for guests staying multiple days. Additionally, the hotel does not provide food services, towels are not available, and bedsheets are not changed even during extended stays. One of the most disappointing aspects was the service – the front office staff were unresponsive and lacked basic hospitality. For the price and location, there are definitely better options available in the area. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of amenities, poor hygiene standards, and unsatisfactory service make this hotel difficult to recommend.

The night stay was comfortable for the price, but I was shocked to find expired food in the vending machine — I unknowingly ate a biscuit that was a year old. When I informed the hotel staff, they showed no concern and simply told me I should have checked before eating. Unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Friendly staff no disturbance , can purchase new linen now , cater beyond normal expectations , can have water available

The entire stinks so bad ! And the rooms are extremely unclean including the sheets. Plus the commode has cockroaches coming out of it. The shower doesnt work. The man on the front desk is rude af. Please save your money and go somewhere else !!!!

Its the worst hotel with no house keeping staff not even gave a bottle of water basin leaking washroom not cleared not even a TV in a 1500+ room bedsheet dirty and receiption people so rude will never refer anyone to come to this hotel entire hotel is dirty every guest was comolaining

The room condition is pathetic. Hygiene not maintained and not recommended. No cleaning staff. Bedahits n quilts are very n dirty n poor quality. Manager is so rude. over all very bad experience

First of all they don’t allowed me on this property after making a online payment to mmt they also refuse to refund bad bad experience from mmt and hotel stay inn nd also no helpful customer care i said if they’re not allowing me give me the refund or other hotel in the same price

Stay is very average. Photos are too good but the room is not really upto the mark. Gives very worn out feel. No basic services like a water bottle coffee tea sachets or even a small almirah which is the most in THE most average lodges too. I trusted and booked in the name of Deccan Gymkhana but really average. Couldn’t even sleep well due to ACs heavy noise

I didn’t even stayed in the hotel , the hotel denied the stay and at mid night i had called MMT 3-4 times and all they made me was to wait on call and didn’t even refunded my money back

The liean where dirty , the door lock was broken , did provide a single amminities . There was no ventilation in the room .

There was no electricity in the morning from 6 am to evening at 4 pm, i couldn't charge my phone and laptop

The response and service was not good. There was no hot water supply or towel or soap in the room.

Awful 😖 stay at Smart Inn. Went there to live for 7 days, for official purpose but it was pretty bad stay.

this hotel is by far the worst place i have ever stayed. from the moment i tried to contact them, it was a nightmare—their contact number is out of service, making it impossible to reach them beforehand. upon arrival, the staff were shockingly rude, completely unprofessional, and utterly indifferent to guest concerns. their arrogance and lack of basic courtesy were appalling. when i requested two water bottles, the manager handed me reused, empty bottles filled with water from a jar—absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. i had booked two rooms, each with two beds, yet they provided only one pillow and one blanket per room. despite repeated requests, they refused to provide additional pillows or blankets. to make matters worse, the phone in the room didn’t work, leaving us stranded without any way to reach the front desk. the air conditioning was broken, there were no basic toiletries, no towels, and no hot water—essential amenities that every hotel should provide. the bedsheets were filthy, covered in disgusting stains, and infested with bedbugs. it was unbearable and unhygienic, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. this place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. it’s not just bad—it’s outright deplorable. avoid this hotel at all costs if you value your money, comfort, and peace of mind. staying here was a complete mistake, and i would never recommend it to anyone.. sorry eventually i didn't click any photos because i was in hurry
