It was a great experience. The room was spacious and the washroom was neat and clean. AC was functioning well. The hotel staff was good. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. It was worth the amount. I paid for my stay.

Rooms are good, clean. At main Highway. I didn't try food. But 2 Coffee cost ₹80/-. Not that much good.

Near to melmaruvathur temple. Family room is really big & comfortable. Big & clean wash rooms. Good hospitality

Smj grand hotel is not a good hotel no washbasin inside the toilet bedsheets isnotwashed properly not a suitable hotel for family

Hotel name is smj grand, but hotel parking place not proper, driver facility not there, food sevice not in time, room water so hard and overall not ok, money value not worthy.

They don’t respect customer when we visit. They made us wait to check in to room. Though i showed on type of room i booked but executive said he will have not to be able to give tat room. Lot of difficult to make them understand

Worst room,the room photos were really good but i saw the room totally different. Toilet not cleaning. No towel & no water bottle in the room. Plush not working. I have stayed at many hotels in my life it's the worst hotel.

Hotel is 4 km from the temple they allotted 202 room with no window for fresh air the room was very very dirty with blood stains on the walls not cleaned horrible experience the hotel demand for rs800 extra we paid rs 500 for so called up guarded better ac room which is also not maintained for rs 1700 the room is big scam overall very very bad experience. We check in at 8. 15 and check out at 6 am thank you. We check in at 8. 15 pm 18th august 2023 and check out at 6 am 19th august 2023 thank you
