My stay with my mom was comfortable and hassle free. The breakfast is good though lacks variety. Hot water in the bathroom is the only issue since it's a common heating system and not individual geysers in bathrooms. The room service is prompt. So overall it's a good stay with great view.

The property was good, safe, easily reachable, no nonsense, very professional, i spent a good time

In booking details it was written on hotel facilities they will provide, sofa cum bed and refrigerator.

The Wi-Fi was not working. Food taste not up to mark. Too much sugar and salt spices added in meals so guest can consume less.

They did not provide WiFi password after asking. Mug, toilet paper, TV remote, complimentary tea pack was not there,they provided all these after asking them. They put used bottle of aqua fine and some thing was mix in that water. Gym room is locked. Food quality is not so good. Overall not happy with hotel.
Lacking of professionals staff in hotel.
