No wifi. No parking. Only single staff. To contact them we need to reach them by walking to reception. No landline or phn to contact them for ordering food. Bad bedsheets, bad mattress. In whole, don’t book.

Nice view of himalayas from rooms itself i visited with my 2 daughters experience is very good food is tasty and inf-act good hospitality. I think old reviews were wrong as place is awesome variety of snacks to meet taste buds special service given for my 1 year old baby

Photos of the property uploaded is totally different when we have arrived at location. I won’t suggest anyone to book if anyone is planning the trip for leisure. Even beds were not beds in the rooms, only mattresses were there on the floor and after a heated argument they arranged for beds in our room. Rooms were pathetic, location was very far even network connection was not there. it was mentioned free WiFi, wherein no WiFi connection provided by the property. I have paid the whole amount and it was not refundable so i have to sacrifice but the point which was disappointing was not helpful at all. They have not provided any solution for this.
