Worst food i had during the entire trip to Kasol and Manali. Lunch/Dinner buffet added in the package is just for name sake. Non veg items were horrible. Service also was bad. Didnt even check the number of bath towels/ dental kits placed is ar per the number of occupants.

Rooms are outdated, bedsheets are poor quality. Duvet cover was not clean, I had to ask the front desk to change the sheets. Rooms were not clean, it seemed like there no mopping done. Overall bad experience, we checked out one day earlier.

Food was average, staff behavior is good. The biggest setback in this stay was that their presidential suite has the worst view from the balcony. A big transformer was right in front of the balcony which was also the corner of the whole property which was totally disappointing. Rest location of the hotel is good.

Even after booking Maharaja Suite which the most expensive room in the hotel below was my experience. Construction work going on all time just above my room. Had to ask them 5-6 times and still it kept continuing. I asked for manager to come in room and check himself but he never showed up. No handwash, handtowel, fruit basket, tissue paper was provided. Half of the lights were not working. AC doesn’t work. On tv you can only see channel which is free of cost. Dinner has very few options 2 vegetable 1 roti rice and dal and soup and 2 dessert from which one is ice cream and it is completely melted. Electricity went in midnight and it took 10 min to come up again. Service is even pathetic. You get one litre water for 2 person for whole day. For more they will charge you. For the amount of room you will find 2-3 nights in some other 4 star property near by with much better service, room and food quality.

the food is below average. The spa and gym were both unoperated as told to us by the reception . Very Unexpected Behaviour.

Jacuzzi was not working properly for which the room rent was so high. Spa and gaming zone facility were also not available

the food was very good, the service, the live music and the drinks were great. the rooms had a great view, and the Jacuzzi was well functional.

Staff was very polite and views of mountains also very impressive overall property clean and well maintained.

The food was good, north indian and chinese cuisine were better. The staff was courteous. However, the room was average as compared to the pictures shown and overpriced. The overall experience was great.

The hotel staff's behaviour is terrible. In booking live music facilities has given. They offered a dinner package at an extra cost. But they refused to serve and eat dinner in the live music area. This is an unfair practice. Why should someone pay extra for food if it's already included in the package? Moreover, they refused to provide a bill, which is against the policy. Charged extra in time booking

Comfortable hotel clean room best thing is live music and bonefire play area for children we enjoy our day in this hotel pls go for it

I have get the cab from hotel which was excellent and driver was awesome who has help each and every point of the site and behavior was like family member and full disicple and respectful l his name was mahadev sharma

Hotel is located at good location having nice mountain view but breakfast is having very less option and also breakfast food items are not tasty also jacuzzi is not working even they charged full amount also there is ac outlet water flowing noise which irritates much disturb your sleeping

Our stay at snowflakes was awesome. Feels like swiss experience. Comfortable and food was awesome. Staff was very polite and helpful. All facilities were there. View is awesome. Price is very good. Will visit again.

Stay was good. The staff is nice and active. The view was wonderful from the balcony. Live music in the evening. That singer was singing the songs as per requirement. Overall the hotel was very nice.

I recently visited manali and booked snow flakes. The location, the structure, the view and the food. Everything about it is mesmerizing. The staff particularly nikita in the restaurant is very warm and hospitable. The live music is a treat to the ears. I highly recommend the stay here. Thankyou snowflakes for making my experience memorable.
