I have get the cab from hotel which was excellent and driver was awesome who has help each and every point of the site and behavior was like family member and full disicple and respectful l his name was mahadev sharma

Our stay at snowflakes was awesome. Feels like swiss experience. Comfortable and food was awesome. Staff was very polite and helpful. All facilities were there. View is awesome. Price is very good. Will visit again.

Stay was good. The staff is nice and active. The view was wonderful from the balcony. Live music in the evening. That singer was singing the songs as per requirement. Overall the hotel was very nice.

I recently visited manali and booked snow flakes. The location, the structure, the view and the food. Everything about it is mesmerizing. The staff particularly nikita in the restaurant is very warm and hospitable. The live music is a treat to the ears. I highly recommend the stay here. Thankyou snowflakes for making my experience memorable.

I had stayed here for 2 days. It was a very good experience. The food was ultimate and the staff were well behaved. I would recommend this hotel/resort for anyone who is planning there vacation in manali.

My stay at property was pleasant. Room was clean and excellent. Location was good and easily accessible from mall road. Food was good. Staff was very cooperative. Specially nikita mam does her job efficiently. May god bless her.

It is an excellent resort perfectly located on the bank of by-as river and few km away from mall road and other tourist attractions. Rooms are big and cosy. Food is excellent and staff is very responsive.

A great stay at snowflakes starting with the calls they made to ensure i am arriving well. Helping with early check in as well as the cleanly anointed rooms. The balcony was the best place to be!

Nice spot for stay in manali. Easy access to atal tunnel etc. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious for 4 people to stay. The breakfast and menu options are good. The spot has a good view.

Nishu thakur receptionist and other staff members welcomed us very well, we would like to stay in future as well. The only point is tv in the room must be smart tv not the old boxes.
