Good and well maintained property. It is 5 km from mall road and we found it through makemytrip. Hotel staff is cooperative and well trained. Food quality is also nice.

It average hotal in shimla. But room heater facility is paid and hot water supply is not good. But overall is good

The location of the resort was very good. Accessible to every mode of transportation. Peaceful and the staff extremely helpful and courteous. The food provided was even delicious.

Let me thank you for letting me know about snow lotus hotel. The hotel is couple friendly and very safe. The staff is well behaved and the service is very good. Food is also good. I had my breakfast and dinner at the hotel only because of its taste. Thank you snow lotus for good hospitality.

Five star for food, cleanliness, staff behaviour & cooperation, view from room and hotel has own parking space also. Hotel is 6 km away from shimla towards chandigarh near prachin hanuman mandir. It was a pleasant stay

Location is next to sankat mochan mandir but the issue there is connectivity issue but hotel is awesome and staff is very helpful. And brkfast, dinner is awesome.

I booked 2 rooms at snow lotus hotel. We arrived early at the hotel and we were provided early checkin. It's beautiful and clean place to stay, right in the lap of nature. Surrounded by great scenery that can be viewed right from the comfort of your room while sipping a cup of coffee or reading a book. Tasty food and great customer service, staff is humble n polite. While checking out early, we were provided with sandwiches, muffins and fruits for our travel to manali. It's a memorable stay. We felt it like being at home. Would recommend it to anyone staying alone or with family and friends.

Food was excellent room was excellent but two little things are not good one they not provide any water glass in room for drink water and in bathroom they not provide any tub or stool for taking bath pls consider thise two things for suggestions any way stay was ossom thanks
