good location and very good behaviour of the hotal staff and services

homestay was very good in service, and cooking made was as per our customisation and excellent. any other service car rental or anything to order market was made available by them.

The Home stay Snow View is located 2.5 Km steep high distance from city centre. The deluxe room size and food is also average

i just love it . it's my first trip in Nainital. Room and toilet was very clean and they maintain hygiene as well excellent experience . Staff was very good and they talk with us very politely I like the way they treat us. Food was very tasty . Veiw from there is very heart melting . Our experience was very Amazing.

This hotel is looting people by making such a cancellation policy where the customer has no choice to get the refund after it gets booked. This hotel is located at 2.5 km away from Nainital Lake at the top of hill where road is well connected and people has to walk all the way to top to reach their room. Also the hotel manager is unreachable and there is lack of mobile network there. So if one has any health issue, will not be able to make it to room and will have no choice rather than loosing their hard earned money. If by chance, one make it to hotel, will not be able to enjoy the vacation as it is very hard to go up and down everytime. Good business trick by the manager so people book online without knowing the exact location and when they try to reach there, it becomes difficult for not so healthy people to reach and hence lose their money. Also the manager doesn't have the manner to talk to customers. WARNING: Do not book this hotel or else you will lose your money or Will waste your whole vacation.

it's was very good experience. who love trekking trails, definately they will love this trail to reach the homestay from mall road, although bikes and cars also available for pickup and drop. i am personally love trekking that's why I have travelled by walk and it's very satisfying. second point is homestay location, it's was very calm and quiet. who love nature , peace. definately best option for them. you can see full nainital town , lake, mallital from the homestay. you can say it's located in a top on mountain. third point is , there food was too good specially shahi panner, i love it. overall stay was good and satisfied
