I find the property’s location pretty good. It was near the bus stand mostly 300 mts from there. Amenities were also good but some services were not up to the mark. There was no ro or water services on floor. We will have to get mineral water for us.

Hotel was claiming that, they had booking for only two rooms. It took lot of time to convince the representative. Hotel ambiance is very poor

Room is not clean & there is no proper curtain for window, even bathroom is not at all clean & there is no power back up facilities

Room was unhygienic, there were cockroaches in room. There was nothing like room service.

It was not at all a pleasant stay. The room was not clean. There were even spider webs around. The lighting was inadequate. The tv was not working. When checked with the personnel, he was rude and told, they have only 1 set top box and hence no tv can be provided. In the night there was power cut and the fan stopped. Went to the person to check and to our surprise there was no power backup. Literally had to spend sleepless night in spite of paying the charges. Very bad experience which we never faced earlier.

No proper maintenance, many facilities like wifi, power backup, parking, tv not available. Even bed sheets, towels looked used & mats muddy. Both owner and the only staff available were rude to our request. Overall it was a terrible time during our short stay at the hotel.

The owner doesn't know how to behave properly with a customer.
