good Propety with good location and food
It was a good Propety with good hygiene and excellent courteous staff and delicious food , although options for breakfast and buffet is not very much but they have thoughtfully decided menu and food is scrumptious , this Propety is also near to palolem beach (less than 500 mtr) and that is also beauty of this Property. Thank you to Ashley , Vaishali, Sandesh and Suchita for their warm welcome and hospitality .

Average Stay
One day stay with family ..3 years before also stated in same property with family ..but the quality of room and restaurant is going down compare to old days .there was a foul smell a kind of burning smell was coming from a/c vent and restaurant menu is limited and the buffet coat is too high for the quality of food they served

The property looks very old . Room was good and clean . Also the washroom was good. Food quality was ok . Dosa and Uttapam was average. The hotel is very average as compared to the cost of room.

Sobit Sarovar Portico offers a pleasant stay with warm and friendly service from reception to restaurant. The rooms are clean and functional with big TV and Netflix subscription. The location is perfect with the beach just 3 mins walk away.

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Sobit Sarovar Portico, Goa. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the washroom was spotless. The service provided by the staff was excellent — very polite and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and overall the stay was definitely worth the money. The hotel is also just a short walking distance from Palolem Beach, which makes it even more convenient. Highly recommended!

Poor Stay
The stay was disappointing due to several basic amenities being overlooked. The washroom lacked a functional exhaust system, which caused significant discomfort. Additionally, the door locks were unreliable, and one of us was even stuck inside due to the faulty mechanism. These issues reflect a serious lapse in maintenance and guest safety.

Excellent Stay
We had a very pleasant stay at Sobit Sarovar. Quite accessible by road also. Our check-in and entire stay experience was very smooth thanks to Ashley, Suchita and Pradeep. The rooms were quite spacious and had everything that you needed. The property was well maintained and clean. We even enjoyed using the swimming pool, pool table, treadmill and other amenities. Their in-house restaurant - Flavours was also very good. We had the breakfast and dinner buffets there and the food was really nice. Simple menu but cooked quite well. Service, ambience etc were also quite great there. Good options for vegetarians with fewer options for non-vegetarians. Overall it was a great experience.

I stayed at Sobit Sarovar Portico, Goa and my overall experience was average. Room Quality: The rooms are of a normal standard, similar to what you get in regular hotels. Nothing very premium or luxurious. Food: The hotel charges around ₹1333 per person for meals, which includes only breakfast. If you order from the menu, the prices are extremely high – for example, a simple vegetable dish costs ₹600 and even a single tandoori roti is around ₹150. This pricing is not affordable for a common person. Location & Travel: The location is fine, but while arranging a vehicle from South Goa to Mopa Airport, the charges are kept unnecessarily high. Facilities: Facilities are average, but not up to the level you would expect for the price. Conclusion: The food and travel services are highly overpriced, and the rooms are only of average quality. Overall, I did not find the stay very satisfactory. .

The property is located at walkable distance to palolem beach. Very easy to locate. The staff is very polite and friendly. We were served welcome drinks upon reaching hotel.Customer service is excellent. We liked the food, breakfast had many items and everything was tasty. They even offered us pastry with a message ( Thanks for visiting)at our check out. Swimming pool, spa, lounge every , in room dining every facility is there Overall a very good experience
