the bed and pillow was really good and that made my day. their breakfast was also quite decent as compared to most others, just that the lobby was over crowded caz of celebrity, politicians and press meet…but overall nice stay for sure.

The room itself and housekeeping was excellent. Our dine in experience in the downstairs restaurant was a bit mixed. The food was pretty decent but there was some lack of communication among-st the staff. The first time we dined we were getting orders we didn’t place. And the ala-carte orders we placed took a pretty long time.

Had a really pleasant stay. Appreciate the hospitality and cleanliness of the room. But i suggest that they should let us know that the mini bar and other snacks are chargeable. Else than that everything was good.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent. The location was close to the us consulate, hence very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were great, and breakfast had a very good spread. Will definitely choose sofitel tge next time too.

It was my first time in sofitel and the experience was just amazing. The room was majestic. It was literally in my favorite colours! n the food was also delicious. Too many complimentary things were offered by the hotel. Had an amazing time!

I have arrived sofitel yesterday and found the hotel staffs very welcoming and polite. Rooms are very good and equipped with adequate facilities. Service in this hotel is just the call away and breakfast was also very good. Location is very suitable for the persons either coming from airport or going for us visa interview.
