He changed my room. In his room no item lik chair, phone, shops, tawal, clean bad sheets and parking. And his staff behaviour are very rude and disrespectful. I’m never going to be there

Some staff behavior is not good at all and the name of the hotel is solang holiday guest house and the actual name of the hotel is solang holiday inn and the location is also wrong.

Terrible Stay

Very bad. Over all very bad experience. First of all they don't have booking ID. The person sitting in reception I don't know exactly his name he is stupid, with answers stupid.
Worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. Staff are clueless whenever you say anything. Phone in room was not working and they say themselves as star hotel. Terrible experience.
