Rooms had an issue of AC, also there was too much dust, Food was good but the options in brfst was very limited, overall staff is very less. Hotel has good potential but needs to improvement as mentioned above.

I paid around 10k per night for this hotel and it was not at all worth the price. Washroom didn't even have dental kit, they won't even let you open the windows in the room telling wind will break the windows. Would not recommend this hotel

The hotel was 4 star but their amenities was below 3star the bedsheets are very dirty even we call at reception and room service nobody will pick our call the handles of drawers are missing and breaked Overall my experience is very bad

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH GOOD STAFF TO MAKE THE STAY A GOOD ONE

I did not like the stay as construction work was going on. In first room on 1st floor there was noise of generator or something. then i asked to change the room. they shifted us to 3rd floor room 316. There as well construction noise of hammering continued till 5:30 pm and we checked in around 2:30...we thought we will have good sleep but it was terrible. Staff first told it will stop in 30 min then 1 hours ...i called them multiple times but it didnt stop..terrible stay

Our stay was great ! The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. All the soup lovers must try tomato basil soup.👍🏼
