Yes my stay with Solista was excellent. Once we booked Hotel I called the number given by make my trip message, in first call staff attended my call. I requested him for location which he explained in better way and also shared location on WhatsApp. Second I asked him for food after dining hours which he arranged. Room was spacious clean and safe. Bathroom was very nice. Cleaned and all accessories were there. The security "Dadda" is a mature man he helped me a lot. In morning without my instructions he Cleaned my car. I paid him later. Breakfast was good. Idli paratha puree bhaji fruits served in a big size hall. I especially asked for toast butter and jam which they served politely.

The amenities were not up to the mark and did not justify the price charged. The hotel management had mentioned that the room would have a beautiful city view, but there was absolutely nothing visible outside — just a blank wall that made the room feel dull and congested. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely poor, making it inconvenient even for a basic shower. Moreover, the cleanliness was below expectations — the room felt dusty, and the bathroom fittings were not properly maintained. The air conditioning was noisy and took too long to cool the room, and the Wi-Fi connection kept dropping frequently. The staff response was also quite slow and unhelpful when these issues were reported. Overall, the stay was disappointing and far from what was promised at the time of booking.

Very disappointing!
Trusting we booked the most expensive suite at this hotel for a two night stay. They failed to clarify that there are renovations going on in the hotel. After complaining, they stopped the noisy work on our floor but work continued above us. The hotel has potential but they have to be honest about ongoing work that is an inconvenience to guests. Staff is friendly and helpful, food is good. Location is a bit out of the main area.

Hygeine is not maintained in room and restaurant. I found towels are uncleaned and the bed sheet are not replaced or having stain.

The property is centrally located but the food and service is something they need to improve on. They need to upgrade the furniture in the rooms and make sure the hot water in the bathroom is available. There is also some issue with electricity. There were couple of power cuts during my stay.

Hotwater issue as solar geyser not operating well, overall it is ok. Room is neat and clean. Google location on site is should be recheck again
