Very good location. it's just 2.5 kms from Mahakaleshwar Temple. Very spacious rooms and big hotel considering Ujjain being tier 2 city.

No hot water supply in the room and toilets are not clean. location is fine as it is closer to the Lord Maha Kaleshwar Temple

Room size is good but room service is pathetic. Staff is not helpful. Cockroaches roaming in room. Even after complaint no one come to do spraying. Bathroom and toilets are dirty.

Good property but poor maintenance
Doors were not getting locked easily. Also guests need not been taken proper care.

Good experience
It was a good experience at hotel. Food is very nice. Some improvements needed for amenities. Hotel Staff is good.

Average stay but economical
Food- Good and very economical. Rooms- Average but decent. Housekeeping - Not okay, they don't visit unless you specially call. Bathroom - Okay but some maintenance required. Overall - It's okay as per tariff.

Average Stay
Location was perfect for Solitaire hotel and resort. Services were slow to some extent. Washroom exhaust was not functional, we had to shift to a new room the next day, but there also washroom exhaust was not working. Cleanliness was not upto the mark. During this trip we stayed at another resort where it was way better than Solitaire Hotel. Food was good at Solitaire.

Hotel ambience was really good. It is very close by Mahakaleshwar Temple. You get Rickshaw very easily to reach there. Staff is polite & good. Room was also good in size and cleanliness was great.

Rooms are good and spacious. Food is also nice Service can be improved Also the quality of toiletries should be improved and electrical switches were not working proper

Worst Stay Experience Ever – Totally Unhygienic & Unprofessional!
This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was extremely dirty, and the bedsheet was torn from the middle — it didn’t even look washed properly. The washroom was disgusting, with paan stains on the walls, and an unbearable smell. When I informed the staff about the condition of the room, they completely ignored me and acted as if it was normal. No apology, no action — nothing! I stayed there for barely 20 minutes before deciding to leave because it was impossible to tolerate such unhygienic conditions. At checkout, I told them everything again, but they just nodded and laughed it off saying “haan haan okay,” which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly suggest no one should ever book this property, even by mistake. It’s a complete waste of money and time, and MakeMyTrip should immediately review and delist such hotels from their platform. Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (0/5 if possible)

Cockroaches are there in the room. Fungus on sofa cum bed. Not hygienic. Staff was not friendly. Not recommended

Very clean and happening place. This resort is very good for family. Restaurant serves very good food. Location is approximately 2 km from Mahakaleshwar temple and 4-5km from Ujjain railway station. Property is on highway.

Property’s location food and rooms are great but they have a very poor service and we had to tell management the same thing again and again but they just said they will do it but they never did also the telecom in room was not working leaving us no way to contact reception or househelp from room and wifi was also not functional
