Good value for money

I highly recommend Kalappurayil Residency because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities

1. Poor Ventilation 2. AC not functioning, placed in wrong place and direction. 3. No Night lamp 4. Poor hot water service.

The ambience is good. Connectivity is also not bad. The worst experience is the terrible sound of the ceiling fan. Hospitality is good. But no drinking water facility, no tooth paste, and the air condition of the room is working only periodically

Neat and clean rooms. Quite atmosphere, supportive staff. Affordable price also. Enough space includes dining area, small kitchen and privacy assured.

The stay was fine and all but the room wasn't meet the expectations room was so small and ac was not working properly already informed the receptionist about the ac. The bed was so rough and room was smaller than i expected. It was not the first time am staying there and it was the worst room i got here

It was a good stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. Check in was smooth. It was closer to info-park and rajagiri engineering college
