The staffs were truly professional, infrastructure ambiance and everything healed us from within. The vegan spread of food was really tasty and tempting. Our room had a beach view and was perfect for the weekend getaway

We had a very relaxing stay at the place. The location, ambience and hospitality, all put together made this stay a memorable one. The chef curated meals for us while support staff made us feel comfortable. The scenic beauty was mesmerising. Would love to come back to this place.

The stay at somatheeram was amazing. I went with my mom and dad and it couldn’t be any more perfect. Right from the time we stepped into the property to our exit, the entire staff was extremely humble. We loved their hospitality. Both somatheeram and manaletheeram are beautiful properties. Our cottage was upgraded because it was off season and it was near the inflinity pool. I loved the pool water, it was very clean without chlorine. The property is filled with natural breathtaking spots where you can just sit for hours in silence and relax. Their yoga and meditation retreat was very good with highly qualified teachers. The food was very tasty and healthy. We didn’t expect the food to be this good. Both my parents loved the food so much that they didn’t feel homesick even for a day which is big deal for middle class typical indian family. I used to sit in hammock for hours and read my book. We went for ayurvedic massage as well. The doctors there were extremely patient. We loved the massage. Also there was a live flute performance which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our stay couldn’t be any more perfect

Delicious food. Endless care. Great cottages with wonderful views. Caring kind staff and Ayurvedic clinic facilities. Relaxing environment. Lovely pool. Once again, delicious food! Right on seaside for dips or a scenic walk. or hauling in the fishermen’s catch in early morning (except Sunday). Very happy days!

We got complementary upgrade to our room with sea view. Service and staff were really good. Ayurvedic treatment was awesome and rejuvenating. 5 on 5 stay

I was a bit apprehensive when I made the booking, but when I reached the resort not only was the security guard polite and following the COVID guidelines but also read kind enough to escort us to the lobby. The staff at the reception welcomed us with some refreshments while we were being checked in and provided us with a guide to the restaurant and the events happening in the evening. The room service staff was excellent and polite throughout our stay. The only thing that we missed having was the massage which we were excited to get but due to the COVID situation we needed a test done 72 hours before checking in to get the massage which did disappoint us but the staff were kind enough to accommodate a massage appointment after our checkout once we did the tests. All in all an amazing place right next to the beach. I surely will visit this place again! 😁

The serene location and amazing hotel staff made our stay really worth. Strongly recommended. Stay atleast for 2 days and enjoy the Ayurvedic way of life. The Ayurvedic massage after a long drive took all the stress away.

Location and service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and had a direct beach view. Room service was also very good. Had an excellent yoga session in the morning. The night cultural event was excellent.

It's good and pleasant stay for all who are willing to take aurvadic treatment to get relaxed with all types of physiological body issues and we'll get good atmosphere to have clear air as well as breach view. Preferably it good to choose full moon day.

Serene and amazingly located. Kovalam beach is right in front of the resort with easy walkway from resort to beach, amazing beach view from resort and breathtaking views from restaurant, food is decent and relishing, worth another visit very soon!!!

So, it was my first time at Somatheeram Ayurvedic resort. Me and my partner got a very warm welcome by the staff led by Mr. Praveen, Assistant front office manager. We were offered a free upgrade and the Ayurvedic treatments and massages is something we need to witness as the same is unavailable in our metro cities. Would strongly recommend the property and treatments.

Experience with the hotel was great. The food system for the guests and the patients can be separated because the food was not suitable for kids. The welcoming of the hotel staffs was good.

Great place to relax outside the crowd of the beach! Once you're there you don't have to go out. Just went there for a night before to go for the airport but it was good to rest and the food is amazing and very healthy!
