Make my trip was showing sonesta b&b as hotel name but it was shikara when we reached there because of which we were not able to find the property

Hotel with worst stay. They are simply minting money for location.

The approach to the hotel is very terrible, its underground and very steep. There were no sunlight and rooms were smelly. Only one staff kamal which was too rude. They not picked our luggage as well. We were with small babies and too carry luggage and babies too room was cumbersome. Overall worst experience.
