Excellent staff, very courteous, clean. Rooms and common areas are very clean. Hotel is located just 1 kilometer from the fort which is center of town. Decent price for budget travelers. Only issue is no lift from ground floor to 1st floor and rooms are located in 1, 2amd 3rd floors. 4. 5 out of 5 stars

Nice room with super space. But they had to update the bed/mattresses. Good AC, clean room. Staff are nice. But food was bad, I ordered chicken manchurian. Good quantity, but chicken was not cooked well. I got fresh meat like chickens. So, I ordered from outside. Otherwise stay was good. Front office staffs are really nice.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff was good especially the person at the reception. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and my relatives. A positive suggestion from our Side is to have the lift facility from the ground level instead of the reception area.

Stay was good. Clean room and toilet. The only problem is it is a bar hotel and food is extremely costly and not worth it. Others are superb.
