Very nice property with decent and clean room. Staff was also very polite and helpful. It is approx 2 kms from sarafa bazaar however taxis and autos are easily available. I would highly recommend this hotel if someone is looking for a comfortable stay in a budget.

I really had good time during my stay in hotel south avenue. Cleanliness, responsiveness & hospitality is really remarkable. Housekeeping is one deptt where some improvement can be done. In brief its value for money hotel. On lighter side jalebis were missing in breakfast

I really enjoyed my stay at south avenue and felt relaxed throughout my stay with quick service, tasty food available in house and the politeness of the staff. They maintain a good benchmark of cleanliness, hospitality and ambience. Would chose the same place if i get to come to indore again.
