we reached full green atmospheric via bodimettu until resort...Wow nice trip. After reached resort , smile welcome given by Ms. sneha 😁. Rooms surrendered with insects sounds and nature we enjoyed. Childrens also enjoyed Indriya adventure park bravely.

Stayed with family at Southern Panorama Indriya Resort for 3 days on my tour to Munnar. The experience has been quite memorable for us 1)Customer friendly Behaviour and Helpful nature of staff 2) The adventure park nearby is a value addition which you may not get to enjoy at other places. 4) Facilities inside the room was quite comfortable. But only room windows and door needs revamping 5) The restaurant ambience was quite good .Enjoyed the time spent in the pool with my kid. 6) Food provided was delicious only suggestion is to include more of Kerala cuisine in the menu.

I recently stayed at this resort and had an absolutely fantastic experience! the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort itself was beautifully maintained with stunning views and excellent amenities. However, i noticed that the gym and kids' play area could use some refurbishment, family cottage only had a double bed, which i believe should be upgraded to at least a queen bed for added comfort. Despite this minor issue, from the delicious food to the relaxing swimming pool, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

We had booked the 2 bedroom cottage. It was very neatly maintained and ambient. Very spacious too. We had a comfortable stay with our little one. All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The spa was also relaxing with cordial and learned ayurveda nurses.

The property is located away from the main road, and the road is easy to miss, but the location is correct. Welcome and checking in was a good experience without much wait. Parking is limited; they take the car key from us to move cars whenever required, but they were responsible. Room was good with most amenities available that were offered, only bathrobes were missing, which we didn't really need. But the tv in the room was pretty much useless. Wifi wasn't great, but the place had 5g coverage (for jio, air-tel had 4g - aug 2023) and so the poor wifi wasn't an issue. They remind us about dinner timings. Food was great, though not cheap. Service was also excellent. Room service is really expensive with 15% service charge, so didn't use it. The property has uneven terrain and walking around is tiring, though they have a couple of jeeps at disposal, to take guests around for free, though sometimes there's a wait. Nature walk was included in the package, but that was just a waste of time and mostly for 'exercise, according to the staff. Overall a good stay experience.

The property is 24 acre and hotel is located among the cardamom plantation and small area of tea plantation. It’s serene and peaceful. It has lots flora and fauna around it. Located 11 kilometres before munnar from main road and 9 kilometres inside by-son valley, so it will take 20 kilometres to reach munnar centre. Property has wide variety of rooms. And has small activity and gym room, swimming pool, spa, buggy for room transfers, bonfire with music. My room had mountain view as well as swimming pool view, so morning would start with this view. There were rooms with rooftop seating experience also. Food was good and service was great. Had good variety and options. Seating options were also good. Swimming pool is good and being in midst of nature requires lots of cleaning every certain period. However the flooring was quite weird. Overall my experience was very good and this property requires little more maintenance to be true five star.
