Well maintained, neat and clean rooms. Good service but still need some improvement on service. Location can create some problem because it is located in middle of the apartment. Other its best place to stay special when it has to be booked through MMT.

I really enjoyed their hospitality. ALL staff were very quick in service. Well managed and clean rooms. I would like to visit again whenever I get chance. But hotel is located in very inside in boring road.

Staff is not courteous. Did not see breakfast till 0730 hrs. They did not operate lift in the morning. When requested careless reply that they start at 1000 hrs. Morning tea coffee served very late after 0715hrs. Hotel is in small lanes. Virtually no sign boards. At night it took a long time to find out. Will not recommend for others hi LP

Not up to the mark. Cleanliness is poor. Very unprofessional stuff. Service is also not good. Food quality served also very poor. As a whole not a pleasing experience. Never recommend anybody to stay in this type of hotel. Tariff also not very attractive. Not value for money. Location is also a big problem and it is difficult to search. Staff behavior is good but not professional at all to handle the requirements of the guests. In this price range much good hotels are available.

No electricity

There are no arrangement against power cut. Not a single light connection was available after power cut.

Worst experience of my first stay

Hotel charged me Rs. 1000 extra because my family member came to meet me and stayed there for 2-3 hours in the morning on both the days. Room was okay but it was in an apartment and looked more like a guest house. Also, the ambience inside was not very comfortable.

Least popular hotel, very hard to find.. Even people of same street don't know about hotel. Not a hotel in fact it's a guest house made on a floor of apartment. I regret staying hear. I will recommend you not to stay hear.

Poor stay

Hotel has no parking. Staff are not friendly, especially receptionist. This hotel has no safety for stay. Hotel is expensive so I request you guys don't stay in this hotel. Fully fed up hotel is very far from market this hotel is situated in a street the road is about 10 ft there you can't turn your vehicle in that street. This hotel is situated in a apartment. You can't find this hotel easily.
