Caretaker(jp) and owner was so helpful and we had pleasant conversations. Overall apartment is very much value for money. Swimming pool experience was also nice.

Location for superb and hotel too. Its exact same which mention in website. Domnic thank you for helping. Guys please visit here once. No complains At all. Just one feedback please take care about cleanliness. Otherwise it was superb stay.

The property was very good

The property was very good and the caretaker was very helpful and took care of everything. He always came in 10 minutes after calling him and took care of the issues, the cleanliness was good and the location was also good as it was not too far from the places we wanted to visit to. We had stayed there for 3 days and at night because of the power fluctuations, the AC was going off.

There was no room service. This is private Apartment

No room service by hotel staff, no room clinic service, there was electricity issues so no a/c work and no backup

This is summer time and there are power issue in Goa. This is summer otherwise we don't have this issue. Cleaning is done after 9 am and most of the times you leave before that.

Food was extremely bad. I tried prawns, fish and paneaer. All were stinking.
There was a rat running in the room when i complaint to mmt. Host directly refused that its not possible. No housekeeping only one water bottle provided to us for 2 nights stay. Dirty blankets. Balcony door lock was broken.
