Stay was good. Service was good. Manager neelakantan was good. He helped us in all way. Pool was very clean and activity was good.

Very clean, very well maintained, courteous staff, good swimming pool, good indoor activities, ample parking, walking distance to beach, everything else within 10mins of drive, in-house food options very limited, outside many food options.

I recently stayed at Spago Inn, and it was an incredible experience that deserves every bit of praise. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at home, especially Nilakandan, the Manager. His warm welcome and helpful nature set the tone for the entire stay. Nilakandan went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and his knowledge of the area was so helpful for my travel plans. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed to relax after a long day. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom were pretty hygienic. Here, I enjoyed the swimming pool and the play area was pretty good and clean. The food was another highlight. Every meal at Spago Inn was delicious, with a variety of dishes that were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and each meal after that only got better. The attention to detail in every dish really showed the chef's dedication to quality and taste. Overall, my stay at Spago Inn was perfect, thanks to the comfortable accommodations, outstanding food, and the exceptional service from Nilakandan and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Spago Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and tasty retreat!"

I was at first sceptical how the property would be. Right from the moment we stepped in, we felt safe and the rooms were neat and clean. Mr. Neelakandan, the property manager received us well and was supportive all the time. The reception is artistic and eye catchy, serene. Swimming pool was super awesome. They have 3 types of rooms. Book according to your need.

Property is in a nice location on the highway before mahabalipuram. It is a new property small in size with well accommodated rooms with nice interiors and spacious bathrooms. They are providing kids bed also. In the basement they have a nicely built well maintained swimming pool with clean water along with indoor games. They don't have an inbuilt restaurant which is only the drawback but they arrange food from an outside restaurant for lunch and dinner, we have to go out for breakfast. This property is aptly suitable for the travellers for a shorter stay. Staff service is very nice and manager mr. Neelkanth is very supportive and courteous. Check in time is 1pm which is a bit concern, which needs to be pushed to little early. It is like a well maintained lodge in the cities, but along with pool and amenities, don't expect like a resort but had a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really good when we were there. We stayed in the Delux family room... some might find it a little tight can go bigger. Downer pool is very good. Good service. Highly recommendable…

Rooms are very neat and clean, reception persons are responding well for room. Service, one point which need to be improved is the breakfast not hot and onion pakoda not hot, others everything very good.

The hotel is on the main location, nearby to all the tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and the best part is the staff who were very helpful. My daughter got sick and the manager really went out of the way to help us in getting the medicine. He helped us with all the possible means. The breakfast was amazing and upto the mark. If anytime visiting mahabalipuram, would love to stay in this hotel. Thanks to all staff for making our stay a memorable one

The rooms are well maintained and the rooms are cleaned regularly. The check in is always super fast and the desk people are very helpful. The suites are always superb and there is always an element of surprise in spa-go inn!
