I had booked two rooms at this hotel from 28th to 31st July 2025. Firstly, the room for two adults was stinking as the floor mat was wet and maybe not washed since many days. We couldn't understand the reason for the stink, until we removed the door mat out. Staff/Cook at the kitchen was very rude as he told me "Aap soch samaj ke baat kijiye.". This was when I ordered Dal Makhani and he said it's not available and I could take Dal Fry instead of that. I told him that, even the previous day when I ordered for fish chilly, he had told that it was not available and I had to adjust with prawns chilly. I informed him that the food items which are mentioned in the menu are not available at the restaurant and on top of that, the hotel policy did not permit outside food and the customers had to eat whatever the kitchen staff tells. This is not done. On this, the staff at Intercom Number 444 tells me "Aap soch samaj ke baat kijiye". After this spat, the lunch which I ordered at 1.50 pm comes at 3.10 pm. I had ordered chicken fried rice, chicken in garlic sauce and what I got was awful as depicted in the photos that I share with this review. The chicken fried rice was without any chicken and with lots of green peas, and the chicken in garlic sauce was prepared by using dirty stale fish fried oil that turned into a dish similar to chicken manchurian gravy with bones. After eating this I went to MG market which is nearby (only a good thing) and I vomitted and fell unconscious. I had to be rushed to the govt hospital nearby with the help of a retired officer and the locals who came to my rescue. This incident shattered my high hopes of again travelling to Sikkim. The food bills come with SGST and CGST at 2.5% which amounted! They have given me the bills, photos of which I am uploading with my review. God bless the customers who check in this hotel and have meals at their restaurant.
