Enjoyed a lot. Staff is very polite and helpful. They just understand everything you need. Rooms are cleaned with all basic amenities. They provide tea bags coffee powder, sugar, milk, kettle etc one can make tea coffee oneself and enjoy it.

The rooms were well maintained with excellent food. The house keeping was also prompt enough to look after our needs. The ambience was also excellent. Highly recommend!

I chose spice grove for 3 nights stay after reading good reviews about it. It stood out for all those reviews and went beyond. I had booked a deluxe room with breakfast and dinner for 2 adults and 2 children. Room had a king size bed. But the guys at spice grove went beyond and provided an extra single bed in the room as complimentary. First night, there was no dinner buffet. But they provided a limited menu to choose from and it was ok. I will rate food quality as 4. 5 out of 5. They may need to do a bit of quality check for things they purchase from outside. For one night, curd had turned very sour. The server did acknowledge to check it next time onwards. Other wise, the food was very good and tasty. They have limited menu but all items are well prepared. Coming back to room, there was not much of a view but greenery and foliage around the property gives it a calm and peaceful vibe. My room had a small balcony which helped in drying wet clothes. All essential ammenties were present in the room like electric kettle, mini fridge etc. The best part of the property were its people. Very helpful and polite. Front desk guys helped a lot with my itinerary. Suggested good places to see around. A special mention for jatin who pointed out all the right places considering my two small kids. Check in and check out was a as smooth as it can be. Even room service orders were prompt and of very good quality. Over all a very enjoyable experience.

Proper sanitization is done in the hotel. Social distancing is followed and enforced for all the visitors and guests. Hotel is located 10km far from thekkady town. It's very nice place for family and frnds. Food was very nice. Staff service and behaviour is appreciatable. Overall a wonderful l stay and value for money.

Very good hotel for family stay. Accessibility for all necessities are nearby. Clean rooms, courteous staff. Janeesh & team were helpul during our entire stay. Will surely book again if visiting.
