Rooms are spacious however service qulaity is not good. Rooms are not maintained properly and lacks cleanliness.

Rooms are not maintained properly. Washrooms are in quite bad condition. However rooms are spacious and has good open space.

Poor Stay

The room which i got was not which i saw. Also, basic amenities were not provided in the hotel. General cleanliness of the area was not maintained not to talk about the room. I would say it was much below my expectations. Had high hopes. Surely will never book this hotel for stay in future. Washroom looked terrible and small items like hangers in almirah, slippers, door and bathroom mats were not there. When asked for room heater, i was denied say that they had no room heater or blower. Really discouraging.

Rooms are in construction. Wash rooms are very very bad conditions. Make my trip payment receipt ye log nahi maan rah e the, k ah rah e the poise mere paas to nah-in aaye. Baaed me baat karke kiye.

Terrible Stay

Pathetic room quality, no comfort for guests as construction is going on. Dirty unhygienic room. Had to book another hotel and couldn't stay on this one. Not at all recommended. Unprofessional staff asking to cancel the booking and making booking from their end

All service are very bad telephone television/ lcd are total disclose. No facility in the room like that towel soap etc
