Great stay, helpful staff and food is good

Room service is very poor. All services very poor. Room is average

I booked hotel and did full payment. However, when i reached hotel and provided my confirmation to stay in hotel, the hotel reception completely deny and they told i don’t have any booking. Then i contacted make my trip customer care, they talked with hotel and they tried to provide another hotel. Hotel they are unable to provide me. My family was in street from 8 pm to 11pm and it was in hill area with temperature 12 degree. It was terrible experience which cannot explain by words

No word to describe, everything is horrible, i can't imagine this type of things available in the town, there is sharing bathroom every body used this, blankets are smelly, there is no room service, toilets are unclear,

Staff behabiour is very good, room is clean and food is very good

Our experience in this hotel was very good. Rooms are decent and spacious. Rooms are decorated with beautiful paints. The owner of the hotel was a very generous person. He managed and booked a car for our tour. and lastly this hotel has a very good restaurant. From breakfast to dinner all types of foods are available. overall it was an awesome stay🤩🤩

Day and night food was good but snexs was poor
