Manager denied to provide room, and his attitude was so poor, then we decided to return from reception, i didn't use that room, i did waste my money that night due to select that room from make my trip. I think mm t team should be taken necessary action against him.

worst experience I have ever face. so dirty room , no electricity , no gyser , no tv , dirty room , hotel not provide basic amenities like water or towel , even there is no bucket in bathroom also. room window has no glass and main door have a hole in side , there is no privacy . in that hotel my room number is 111.
