Review Of SPOT ON Kayal Residency

Even though i have booked the room and paid, they resisted, give me a room. They told me it is already occupied. Very worst experience. Please try another hotel

I didn't stay in kayal resedency, the owner didn't give me the room and didn't give me the refund also

I went 3hours prior without knowledge of extra payment as i came early. Without informing to me the manager charged for the money. If explained i would have came by 12 as per the slot i've booked.

I have booked this hotel but when I went there hotel staff demanded 1000₹ So I cancelled my stay there.

I had booked a room and paid the amount in advance. They demanded me to pay excess amount and i had to pay excess amount during my visit.

Fraud. Asking extra money. And there is no refund. Fraud. Fraud. Fraud.

Excellent hygiene. No issues at all hot water is low as it's solar

It was a poor experience, at the time of check in they denied that they haven't received such booking. Also said they have no tie up with make my trip

Asked extra charge for check in. No space for car parking. Ac was not working. Disappointed.
