Location of hotel was not ok. Long from railway station and hard to reach there. No tv in the room. Rest is ok ok. Average type hotel

Poor Stay

Room is not clean as much as expected property location is outside roorkie. location is in lonely area. Hygiene standard are low. Safety standards are not up to the mark cause of location Or environment. staff is good 👍somehow I personally feel is not great about this property for family staying purpose.

The hotel told that we haven't reserved our room but have paid the amount the response was very poor
