Their rooms are good, well maintaining atmosphere but their major problem is gave wrong location, they had two various places lodges in tirupati. They didn't picked my call while received details from yours. Their rooms are good their customer service totally worst. Thank you. Done

I booked one location they told rooms not available they are given another hotel. I went 11 am they are collected extra charge rs. 600 and toilet are very dirty no hot water in room

Hotel room is very bad and even door is not having proper bolt and no blanket and towels they told dob i not responded and no dust bin and also no tv and no wifi and terribly we suffered. Images not taken because they are not memorable things. i paid twice for this booking for one extra paid that amount pl refund

Such a worst hotel we have not taken pics this very bad experience. Hotel person told that they won't-get money those who are booked on line they are abusing make my trip

As i booked rooms earlier. We reached locations late next day early in morning so my room was give to someone else. it seems we have to check in at check in time only if we go late they won’t give as room’s it seems. I waited for 2 hrs in in reception for getting room and receptionist very worst in responding and receiving and we have pay extra amount in receptiont 1k to get room, not only for me there 3-4 people was waiting like at reception with same issue and i saw used safety’s in wash room! Maintenance was very worst.

It one of the worst hotel, the didn't provide tv, no intercom facility, storage of water at the entrance of the washroom, bed spread are too dirty, not rooms was not cleaned properly
