1. Firstly i booked an ac room and i was denied ac room at the reception. The hotel guy was very arrogant saying how can you expect an ac room at that price. I said that isn't my fault, i booked at the price online. Then there was some argument and they gave me a non ac room. The hotel was very badly maintained. Rooms were smelling and there was a used condom in the washroom. Such hotels shouldn't be encouraged on your platform. If the hotel guy cannot offer an ac room at 500 o less then they shouldn't put their rooms online. This is pure cheating. I trust mmt and all my experiences with mmt were so far so good except this one.

Staff behavior is polite and good while check in and check out. But the clineness wash room is not so good condition.

1. There are lot of cockroaches roaming around everywhere. 2. No sanitization. Only the day when i in, it was cleaned for the last time. 3. Bathroom door was broken. 4. No tv 5. Wifi poor coverage 6. Noisy

the lodge where i stayed in guntur, that was in very bad condition, rude behaviour of hotel management staffs, toilet was very dirty, asking more money, not accepting oyo booking. a once anyone stays here, second time nobody will come to this type of lodge, they asking money for drinking water, third class category and not suitable for family.
