Good and affordable place to stay. The staff and all members were nice and the service provided was excellent. The place is away from munnar town away from noise and very nice natural place to stay

The resort was excellent. Calm and cool ambience. Our family just loved the entire place. Only for the restaurant and food. If they'd have proper resources and food preparation according to our wish then it's have been much better.

Was superb experience, but resort staff tried to cheat us by allocating our room to some unreserved guests. Even though the issue was solved in a healthy way, the concerned staff tried many fraud and misleading ways to cancel our prepaid booking. Common people can be deceived by these type of people and by their communications. We have solved the issue with proper proof and documents and there after all things was proper.

Location is superb nice and cosy place away from the hustle and bustle, a quiet village atmosphere, free breakfast was nice, there is an atm very nest to the resort, amenities and services good

Stay was good, nice ambience. I had food from outside so don't know about it. Only one issue i found was, we can hear noises from the other rooms through the sealing.

The place is nice property is at a good location. The room is clean and the view is amazing. But they don’t have a kitchen so you don’t really get meals when you need. I reached at 5pm wanted basic tea or coffee they clearly denied. Had to walk down to some tiny shop hunting for biscuits. Dinner if not told before 7 they will clearly deny giving food. They only have fried rice. They don’t cook much. Very poor service when it comes to food. So if you go you will have to buy from outside - no zomato so you will have to go far and buy. No complains about the property but it’s very basic that hotels should keep tea coffee snacks as travellers will definitely need it you just cannot say we don’t serve

This stay was very peaceful. The hotel is great and the room was awesome. The cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel is six to seven kilometers from the main City which allowed it to have great scenic beauty. The issues we faced, however, were during the checkout about payment and while having food as no food is available in the restaurant.

If you want to reduce in the budget traffic, please have food in the hotel, just few 200m nearby from the resort. It's really superb. Overall there is a pleasant stay in hotel, away from city noise.
