Very simple, opposite to tirpati D Mart. Rooms clean and ventilated. Guys hospitality and service fine. I'll plan to stay with my colleagues very soon.

It was good. House was clean and water and basic needs provided by the care taker. I dint have to ask for stuff. They were professional. Its quite suprising that i could find such a professional staff and a clean house for such affordable price. Thanks team for accomodating me.

Good stay and location is good too
Overall it was a good stay. stayed over here with a friend and we liked the location, staffs behavior. If you are planning for a overnight stay its good. Knowing its an apartment there is no food option available but you can find within 300 mts or you can go near the bus stand which is 3 km away from this place.

Tirupati stay
Upon arrival we were allotted 2 bedroom apartment. This place had cockroaches on the bed. Sheets were not clean. It was pointed out to the caretaker. In the morning there was no water and had to inform the caretaker who switched on the motor. Overall a very average place. There was enough drinking water. Past reviews of the place can be misleading. However, for budget conscious traveler it could be ideal as there are no places available at this price
