Hotel is very good.It is quite opposite of R.K beach on beach road. Location is very good. Good connectivity to all places of the city. Room is nice. Staff is very helpful.Everything is fine. We have to just cross the road to reach the beach. Very nice stay. We stayed with family.

NO LIGHTS IN ROOM NO TV NO WIFI .EVEN NIGHT 2-3 TIME ELECTRICITY CUT OFF 20-30 Minuts . BATHROOM FLASS NOT WORKING THIS IS THIRD CLASS HOTEL. I SUFFER MY TWO LITTLE CHILD.

I have experienced a very bad experience in the Skml hotel. There are various reasons why I didn't like the hotel. The reasons are:- 1 . I have booked A/C deluxe room but they don't gave us the deluxe room. They gave us the small A/C room. 2. The A/C are not working at all 3. The basins are not working 4. The door of the rooms are broken 5. The behavior of the staff is bad 6. The flasher are not working properly due to this reasons I want my rs back. It is a very bad experience for me

i never had such experience in any place. Since no refund policy, I had to stay there

Nice experience, good location, good sea view, good staff, and good rooms, good behavior and neat & clean

Worst experience i have ever felt. Room was very small, untidy, smell was there inside room. Bathroom was very small and broken comod. While taking bath water coming out of the bathroom. I reached there morning and vacated in the evening. Unable to bear even single day. My room was on 2nd floor, no lift facility. They have not taken luggage up there. Not provided minimum facilities too, like towel, soap, etc. When we go out, they have switched off the ac from outside. When we asked to arrange lunch, they advice us to book online. Evening again i booked room in winsar park hotel and shifted there. We are unable to bear the hotel even for one day. It will be better to sleep near sea beach than to stay in skml beach guest house.

Very bad hotel i booked ac room but they always off ac. Very rude stuff behaviour. Tv was not working. Ac was not working even they did-not change our room

Worst behaviour of the staff and there are no basic facilities and rooms are not clean, lift is not available and you have to take your luggage and go with stairs

Don't stay here, fully bakwaas. All staff and manager is not good. Sale log udhr boas rehte hai kuch kama nai hai. Clean v nai hai kuch lane ke lye bolo to salai kisi ka tabiyat kharap ka bahana to kisi ko n ind ka bahana. fix hai ek peso nai kamayega bc. K oi acha nai hai idhr khana b naseeb nai hoga. Medicine ke lye v facility nai hai. Hygiene bhi nai hai. Koi mat book karo warna g maraoge.

Location is good. Behavior so rough. Room condition not good. Bathroom condition so poor. I stayed for 4 days and experience is so bad. I must not recommend other.

The property is located on the side of the main road only plus point in favour of the property. No person to unload luggage at the time of entry. The property is not decorated at all. The first impression of the property is very poor. No lift facility available. The staircase is very narrow. No room available in the ground floor. Rooms are not cleaned and very small in size. Toilet is not at all specious. Rooms are not well managed. Some lighting points not working. No intercom system available. To enquirer any thing you have to travel from 2nd floor to ground floor. Drinking water not provided in any day. I have to collect itself from ground floor. No person will help you to collect it. No wifi facility available. I watched tv where only local channel and some insignificant channel is available. On the 2nd day i found that as subscription not deposited no channel was transmitted. Mosquito liqudator is not provided. No tea or coffee is available in the property not to speak of other food facilities. You have to travel long in order to get tea or food. No person available to attend you. No power backup or generator available. During powercuts we have to wait in the dark house. No one will provide you candle. Bed covers are not changed at all. Sweeping is occasionally done. Practically mismanagement is every where. No one is there to look after these things seriously. No zomato service is available here for fooding. Though you have to pay money for the property but you to remain prepare for the worst situation.

The property is located just in front of varun beach. You can watch sun rise from the hotel itself. However, no food is available in the hotel or nearby hotel. For restaurant you have to walk a distance of about 1. 00 km from hotel i. E. Are k beach. Amenities and service in the hotel is also poor. Tv was not working properly.

There is nothing in the name of room service. Poor, small & dirty rooms. Bathroom size not more than 2/3 feet. Ac, geyser, intercom is not in a working position. The behavior of staffs are very bad. Highly not recommended to stay.

The room was good but small but clean but the bathroom is really small. Everything works properly. Good service from the hotel stuff.

Room is not 144sft and bathroom is too small. When i am booking this room the room image is better but practically this image is not match. And also bathroom image is confusing. When i am ask the manager i am booking this room but room is too small then he said that "no sir this is deluxe room and 144sft room is super deluxe. But when i am booking this room there is only two types of room available one is non ac and another is ac (deluxe room.
