First of all, this is a premium lodging facility, not a resort. Pros: 1. New property. So, rooms and all related facilities are fresh and their cleanliness is awesome. 2. Staffs are very much courteous. 3. They prepare and serve food based on our requirement even though the menu is very limited. 4. Elevator is available. 5. Towels and soaps are provided. Cons: 1. It is almost 1 km from the athirapally waterfalls. 2. Name of the property is confusing as they brand it as resort even though it is a premium lodging facility.

Nice server and hospitality is best too. The location is close to athirappilly waterfall and it best experience to stay there and room neet and clean. Also with reasonable price they give food also that too homely type

Booked a queen size room. It's a small room but clean and neat. Bathroom too small but neat. Restaurant is there but no food provided. Overall a budget friendly stay. On the way to athirappilly waterfalls. Road side.

My experience at sreejamyst was outstanding. The property is newly established, which contributes to its fresh and inviting atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and attention to detail. However, it is worth noting that while a coffee maker was provided in the room, the absence of sugar was a minor oversight that could have enhanced the overall experience.

It was worth the price. Front desk was so helpful. Rooms and lavatory were clean and nice. Overall satisfied with my stay. It's location also was really pleasing enroute to the falls with abundant parking.
