Rooms were good and spacious. Food in restaurant was average but better then many places in rameshwaram

A BIG NO. Rooms are ok to stay, staff response for anything is very poor, can’t explain about the experience that we have in restaurant. Keep calling them, what they all trained well for is just ignore. Ordered same dish again, they said it’s same dish but no chance it can be same, concluded by one of them, hair in curd rice, let me stop here with restaurant. Bathroom, water in shower stinks like drain water, not sure if that is recycled water or because of geyser, entire day I couldn’t stand the smell of it. If you just want to come there to sleep and go(i mean it) then it is ok

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel for 2 nights, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was treated like royalty.

Good things first as they are only few. The rooms were spacious and we arrived couple of hours before the check in time and room was allotted to us. Now comes the main thing that every guest looks for that is the service and it was pathetic. No room serving after you check in. Housekeeping only once a day in the morning. Even if your child spills something there is no one to help you out. We asked for the broom to do it ourselves but even that wasn’t provided. Basic amenities like soap, kettle, slippers were not provided in the room even when we asked for it. The restaurant only provides breakfast....you can’t even get a cup of tea or a glass of milk, forget about lunch or dinner. During breakfast think twice before you ask for extra milk....one guest can only get one small cup of milk...although he provided it after we insisted. That’s all I had to say about my experience. This review is more for the staff rather than the guests so that they can improve their service for future. One thing I forgot is that for providing early check in, a condition was imposed to rate them good before we even got our rooms. And we did that (from accounts of other guests) considering the fact that if the hotel premises looked satisfying so would be the service, but it wasn’t the case.

Stay was not good .services were very poor.No room service for food .Asking us to order from Zomato.First day,breakfast was served which was very cold,most probably it was previous days.Tea & coffee was not good & it was very cold.hence we ordered hot tea,they were very rude & asked us to pay extra charges for hot tea.we paid extra charges.So we had food outside.The photo which was shown was not given to us .The staff was very rude to us.

Good hotel and room but terrible breakfast. Make my trip says buffet breakfast but they just serve old food as free breakfast

Very well made hotel. Smooth check in process. Breakfast buffet could have been better. The rooms were big and clean with good amenities.

I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality, but i feel there is room for improvement in terms of the amenities provided. For the price point, it would be great if additional essentials like a more comprehensive bathing kit (including toiletries, shower caps, etc) and other small conveniences could be included. This would enhance the overall guest experience and align better with the value offered. Thank you

Not good, very poor service with lack of amenities, bed height is very low and uncomfortable, bathroom is spacious but no proper light. Food options are very less, quality is okayish

Stayed at sremethila hotels and had a great time! the rooms were super comfy, and the food was really tasty. The staff were so friendly and always helpful. Definitely will recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice and comfortable stay.

Hotel was nice with helpful staff check in and check out experience was breeze. Complementary breakfast is available though spread is limited. Taste was nice.

The staff were welcoming. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable – everything was thoughtfully arranged. Plus, the location is spot-on – around 1 km close to the temple but not crowded at all. I especially loved the gorgeous views from my room. The breakfast was also great. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

The room is clean and neat, bed was not firm and felt too low. Food options (breakfast brunch) was very limited, and mostly repeat menu. Cleanliness in general in hotel is average and can be improved for room charges. People are helpful in general, but they can be guided better on customer experience mainly for charges they are asking for room.

The experience was pathetic. The hotel despite being fully air conditioned, the air conditioning was turned off making it extremely suffocating in the lobby and floors. The air conditioning in the room too had issues with the reception controlling what temperature we set the ac on. The front desk reception duty person in the morning named mr ha-run is such a scam. He would try selling you day tour packages for high prices with false promises of the duration the car would stay with us, while the driver would act about no knowledge and would not fulfill what’s the promised package one pays for. The only good part of the experience of our stay was the breakfast and the person serving it. He would make it a personalized experience and show good hospitality which this hotel is totally lacking.
