Very good hotel, good staff, regular cleaning, changed bad sheet, pillow covers very sincerely. Staff are very sincere. But north indian food is not available in this hotel. Rooms are very high-tech. Lightening system in rooms is very attractive.

The property is good with all amenities. However, there is no bathing facility for drivers. I highly recommend to provide bathing facility for drivers.

Location is ideal being in the centre of the town, close to the railway station and the highway. Food is conventional and excellent. All amenities are excellent and as promised. Shopping district, be it the old traditional or the modern are very near. Prominent places of worship like nellaiyappar (lord shiva) temple, etc, are very near. Kutralam waterfalls are not very far, which makes for a good outing and fun. Tenkasi, the renowned shiva temple comes just before the falls is a must visit for devotees.

The place is very near railway station, city bus stand and close to shopping places. The rooms were clean. The staff were very courteous, helpful. The food was good. We could visit temples in tirunelveli, tiruchendur. Overall stay was comfortable.
