1. It was a lousy hotel with poor facilities. 2. No shower knob in the bathroom 3. No jet spray for toilet 4. Bathroom was very dirty 5. Furniture was old 6. TV not working 7. Restaurant downstairs shut down 8. No value for money 9. No hot water on 1st day 10. No attendant in reception even at 08:30 am

Hotel was good and Response also nice from the workers and managers kindly

No cleaness of the property full of mosquito no room service was provided, don't recommend to stay in this hotel bathroom are worst to worst.

bathroom was very much worse, no towel, no soap, not even a single chair provided in the room. dth cable connection was expired and even after information also no action taken up.

Toilet is not clean, room is filled with dust

There's no room service provided. None of the requests have been fully filled. The food served was spoiled. Mattresses were covered with plastic covers which were high health hazardous. Rooms were stinking with cigarette smell and cigarette buds were seen around the restrooms. Bins were not cleaned and it's stinking to use.

Room was clean, the path way to reception was slippery as the ac water was clogging in the path. Hot water supply was not that great in wash rooms.

Room is good, but washroom maintenance is really bad. Staff's are very polite and well behaved
