It's a rainy climate with no hot water speciality it's not a clean bed i book without breakfast at a much price

Average Stay
Renga Inn's location is very good, close to the temple. Auto ride will cost between rs 50-80 depending on the time of your ride. The lodge has very limited parking space, hardly 4 cars can be parked in the underground parking, else you will have to park the car outside the lodge. No food service is offered by the lodge, even for tea/coffee/milk, you will have to depend on shops outside the lodge. There are few options for food. Best is swiggy. Staff is good. Rooms are small. Other temples are also close to the lodge which is an added advantage.

No food facilities availed, location great, facilities good in renga in and average in supreme hotel madurai

Not suitable for family trip
Very poor response Toilets were not cleaned and too bad they even not supplied water bottles location is very interior and it's difficult to go with vehicle

Average Stay
The property is not useful for 4 wheeler travellers,since the road is very small with single car space due to fly over bridge.

Poor Stay
Very disappointed. Rooms are very very small and not hygienic. Language is very big problem, they don't know any language other than tamil.

Terrible Stay
We are a family travel-ling with kids. Used linens, un cleaned toilets and hair struck in drains. Rooms were extremely small. Extra beds were just a 1 inch foam mats which upon asking were contested as the extra beds. Location is good it’s walkable from other temples.

Not near temple
Lodge rate is higer side and room size very very small. Not near by srirangam temple and 2 km away and no transport available

The rooms were not cleaned and was not fresh. Make my trip charged 1000 rs premium. Staffs friendly but no basic amenities not worth the money

Unpleasant last night stay at ranga in at srirangam
familyWe had a very bad and unpleasant stay last night. We went late in the evening. There was no in reception to attend checking in. We had call over phone and finally one old man came and he had no idea to facilitate check in. He spoke to someone and after 3/4 hr waiting he gave the key. There was no lift working and no room boy to help. We climbed the stairs case carrying our luggages. Ambience of room was so bad ! no a/c was working ! no proper maintenance of toilet ! no adequate water available. No water heater working ! no food ! due to late evening we couldn’t move out to other property and spent the displeasure night! shocked at how come makemytrip approved this property for its customers ! ? pols do not pay them ! pols refund the payment to me for the kind of trouble we went through. Room is comfortable. Facilities are poor. Lift not working. Water problem. Hotel construction going on. No privacy. Very bad experience. Not recommending. Not worthy to the price.

Terrible Stay
Mmtrip charged heavily for this hotel. The charges were inflated by 70% of original price. Per hotel tariff, this should be around 15000 for 2 nights. But i was charged 21500 rs. Moreover the hotel was under maintenance. Lift was not available and we had to climb 2 floors everytime. Some of us were around 75 years, and it was quite painful for them. No other guest stayed in the hotel during our stay, it was fearsome. How can makemytrip offers a hotel which is under maintenance. Customer service was horrible, i was told to relocate or refund the amount. But still it was not resolved. I am thinking to file a case in consumer forum
