Hotel is OK

Linen had dirt spots on it. Service is good food is good and affordable. Bathroom is OK. Location of the hotel is good for people to having work in that area because city is A bit far. Have good shopping near to the hotel.

Unprofessional staff and poor maintenance

First of all, the reception staff do not how the booking system works through MakeMyTrip. I have paid through the App but they don't have any clue about it. One of them was asking me to pay the amount while check-out. Bed linen were not clean and lot of mosquitoes. Lift is not properly managed.
