No proper response & hospitality. Need to improve a lot. No minimum provisions like water, soaps etc.

The room was spacious, clean linens. Bathroom was just terrible. While checking out, housekeeping just pester you to tip them even though they won’t do anything (luggage was managed by ourselves)
