Room is good staff & location is good

very unhygienic, not clean, very dirty,

old type Bed & bed sheet, old type Chair, not cleaning room properly, kitchen room is very small not extra room , with attached bed room . property location is correct.

room not clear . no lifting. totally durty environment. no dining area. reception area is too small.

Totally upset. Bad room. Dirty bathroom. When load-shedding then ac not working. Marks 1 out of 10

The staff are good and cooperative and cleanliness is fine my experience in sriniketan is very good thanks to makemytrip for providing me such a good place for my journey

Please don't stay with family, mm t should think about hotel selection. Very very below standard hotel. Only positive thing is location. Apart from this nothing is acceptable. Firstly they have given wrong room out of four three rooms are as per our selection one room is not there in our selection and that room has no ventilation at all. Bathroom doors are broken and dirty. Aged people please stay away from this hotel because they are providing indian toilet till now. And most importantly they don't know how to behave with customer. I am very much sorry, as i have forgotten to take snaps as a proof. Rest choice is yours and again i will ask mm t to choose their hotel according to their criteria.

Rooms are very dirty, basin broken. No extra bed cover provided. Fans are old and makes noise.

guest location we knew, but room was not looking good, sanitation should improve and bed sheet of bed should neat clean, it's was looking like dirty. Bathroom cleaning should improve. One thing fishey smell all round. Thanks
