The location is wonderful. We stayed in Family Cottage. To be sincere the rooms are just okey. We have stayed in rooms with more luxury with a lower cost than this property. The total atmosphere there is wonderful. Calm and quiet location , away from the noise of town and vehicles. The food is also average. Food is somewhat equivalent to Tamilnadu food and so the kids and my wife didn't like it so much. The Chinese items were very tasty. Its a vast location of 23 acres and we can find peace and enjoyment with family and friends. If interested we can have sports activities ....... where we have an outdoor court and indoor facilities. We can see peacocks all around the property boundaries but there is no disturbance within the walls. Well maintained property , neat and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Resort , and it was a truly refreshing experience. The resort is beautifully situated amidst lush greenery and rolling tea plantations, offering a peaceful and scenic escape from the city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities, and the balcony views were stunning. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The food was another highlight — authentic Coimbatore cuisine served fresh and hot every time. Although the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms was inconsistent and the access road a bit rough, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Excellent Stay
Maintenance of the room is lacking terribly apart from which the stay was excellent and relaxing. Food was exceptionally good. Swimming pool cleaning should also improve.

Great property with poor service
The resort and property was amazing. service is poor. tv and bathroom water were not working with I checked in. I called room service for some coffee powder but never received it. The reception was not aware that one of their restaurant was not operational (the pub). the entire team of staff looks new and unprofessional. they have no idea what they are doing

Very good place with amble greenery. The staff are really good and supportive. You have lot of options to explore within the premises. The cost is on the upper side and they need to really focus on the billing since they gave me the wrong bill 2 times in my 1 day stay

Very pleasant stay - clean and great service
familyWe stayed here in sr jungle resort as a family of 4 and it was a very pleasant experience. Right from the welcome drink to the electric shuttle which took us to our rooms, the staff behaviour was very polite and helpful. We booked the luxury cottage, which has been dubbed here as garden view rooms. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room service was also quick, no complaints on that side. They have separate zones (buildings) for every purpose i. E. Bachelors, family, single moms, large groups etc. Pools are well maintained and clean. Only point to mention is that the cost of food is quite high, which can be understandable as this is a tourist place and located on the hills. You would be given 2 complimentary foot massage coupons which you can redeem at the spa. However its a machine massage, if you want to get a manual massage then it costs rs. 999. If you want a great relieving massage for 30 minutes then you can try that. The staff are from northeast and are skilled in pressure point massage. Overall a great experience.

We took a honeymoon suite room and expected some decoration as shown in video but it was completely disappointing they didn't do anything decoration and i called them the previous day to confirm still nothing they did.
