Room was fine and clean, washroom was slightly old fashioned but there were absolutely 0 amenities provided. There was no soap provided to wash your hands and no towel given. Apparently you had to pay extra for all these things which brought down the value for money aspect a lot, considering they were charging pretty high and hotels with comparable prices provide all this and more. There wasn't even drinking water with the room. I had to go down to the restaurant to have water.

Nice hotel and good restaurant and bar on basement floor, rooms are good with mini fridge for executive rooms. I got a free upgrade from deluxe to executive due to availability. Best hotel in the location, food is costlier but quality is good, good hospitality and nice service.

The room is decent, clean and has a comfortable bed. The room is a little small but sufficient for an overnight stay, but would not be apt for children for longer stays. The in house restaurant is phenomenal

The stay was very pleasant but the size of the bathroom was problematic and the lift was not well maintained it had some foul odour in it. The area surrounding the hotel was not clean and we could smell sewage

A clean and a decent hotel at this price. Good hospitality. Combo of contemporary and ethnic look. Staff is courteous but the place is very far from main city. Services are good. Taste and quality of food is fine. In fact, it's value for money. Nice stay here. Would suggest to stay here.

I have booked through the make my trip. Hotel room was so good to stay. It was clean and healthy. And room was accessible to Koyembedu bus terminus. The hotel was nice to receptive. I have enjoyed the trip.
